The arrival and collection of your dog are by appointment only.
Arrivals are Monday – Saturday between 2 – 6 p.m.
Depending on availability you can bring your dog in the morning between 9 - 12
with no extra charge.
No arrivals on a Sunday.
Collections are Monday – Saturday between 9 -12 midday and Sunday between 4 – 6
p.m.
If you collect your dog outside of the above mentioned hours you will be charged an additional night.
 
The cost of a stay per night or for day care is as follows :
16€ for one dog and an additional 11€ per dog belonging to the same owner.
Food can be supplied at an additional cost of 2€ per night.

Payment is to be made at the end of the stay on collection of your dog by cash or cheque.
Payment must be made for the duration of the stay originally booked even if you choose to collect your dog early.
 

A completed and signed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 30€ will be required in order to secure a reservation within 7 days of the provisional reservation.

On receipt we will send you confirmation that your booking is secure and at a later date a contract to be completed and presented on the day of your arrival.
 


Our doggy guests must be microchipped and up to date with the following vaccines :
Distemper
Infectious Hepatitus
Parvovirus
Parainfluenza
Leptospirosis
Kennel cough is also strongly recommended but must be administered at least two weeks before a stay

Please ensure that your dog has been treated for internal parasites in the past 3  months and is also treated for external parasites  prior to the stay.

Your dog must be in good health to the best of your knowledge and we must be informed of any recent or ongoing illness and/or problems and medication preferably at the time of booking but no later than on arrival.  Please note that we require a copy of the prescription in order to administer any medicines.
 

We must be informed if your bitch is in season or is likely to come into season during her stay.
 

On arrival the ICAD identity card and health book or passport must be presented in order for your dog to be accepted.
 

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times until they are within the kennel areas.
 

All dogs must wear a collar or harness during their stay.
 

Hotel Canin du Bocage cannot be held responsible for the death of your dog during their stay.
 

We regret that we are unable to accept category 1 and 2 dogs due to restrictions on our insurance.
